Pou Whakakitenga | Principal Advisor (Vacancy)

Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a strategic visionary with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.

We are on the lookout for a Pou Whakakitenga | Principal Advisor, who will provide high-level strategic, operational, organisational and policy advice to the Te Mātārae | Chief Executive. The role will work closely with the Chief Executive, and the management team; driving strategic quality assurance and policy development, leading decision-making across a broad spectrum of issues.

The successful applicant will have a combination of technical expertise and leadership abilities, ensuring meaningful, long-term outcomes, while their ability to cultivate relationships will strengthen connections with iwi, within the kāhui, and other key stakeholders.
