Te Ohu Kai Moana Trustee Limited Annual Plan of activities against Te Ara Taupuhipuhi (our three-year strategy), including Takutai Trust for the 1 October 2019 - 30 September 2020 financial year.

The four key strategic priorities identified for 2020 were:

1. Maintaining and growing positive relationships
2. Reorganising Te Ohu Kaimoana’s capacity for the future
3. Developing and responding to initiatives to protect and enhance Māori fisheries rights
4. Complete statutory duties
