Te Ohu Kai Moana Trustee Limited Annual Plan of activities against Te Ara Taupuhipuhi (our three-year strategy), including Takutai Trust for the 1 October 2018 - 30 September 2019 financial year.

The four key strategic priorities identified for 2019 were:

1. Maintaining and growing positive relationships
2. Reorganising Te Ohu Kaimoana’s capacity for the future
3. Developing and responding to initiatives to protect and enhance Māori fisheries rights
